What and why: your name, email, phone and address to handle your request, create the shipping label and talk to you; your ID card or passport number and IBAN for the purchase document and the payment. The photos you send, to value your lot.

Legal basis: performing the sale you ask us for (GDPR art. 6.1.b) and our accounting and tax obligations (art. 6.1.c).

How long: while the request is open and then 6 years (Spanish Commercial Code, art. 30). ID number and IBAN are stored encrypted. We keep no copy of your ID document.

Who else: Correos or the courier we book your label with (through PackLink or ParcelABC), our bank (the payment) and our tax adviser. We never sell or share your data.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at [email protected]; you may complain to the Spanish DPA (aepd.es) or your own country's data protection authority.
