Terms

1. Stellar Bricks S.L. ("we") buys used or new LEGO from you. You must be 18 or over, own what you sell, and sell it as a private person.
2. We buy in Spain (mainland and Balearics) and from the European Union countries the form lists.
3. The estimate is a guide. A person checks every request before approving it; once approved we hold the estimate for 14 days.
4. We pay for the shipping label. We check your LEGO within 3 working days of arrival. If the final offer is equal to or up to 10 % below the estimate, it is accepted and we pay you. If it is more than 10 % lower, we show you why with photos and you choose: accept it, or have it returned at our cost.
5. We don't buy bricks that are not LEGO, or LEGO that is glued, painted, smoky or mouldy. If over 10 % is not LEGO, we return the lot.
6. We pay by bank transfer to an account in your name within 1 working day of acceptance, or as store credit with the bonus shown, which does not expire. In Spain, also in cash at the shop (under €1,000).
7. We issue a purchase document with your details and the goods bought.
8. If you live outside Spain, you keep the protection the mandatory consumer rules of your country give you.
